FRACTURE is the latest creative project from the ABYSS team. Representing a broad range of artists on a global scale, FRACTURE derives it’s formation from many of the same founding principles as the ABYSS brand, providing a seamless and fluid service for artists, promoters and event organisers from many of the world’s prime Techno locations.
Our initial focus is to bring fresh creative content through an unrivalled and defined aesthetic that is indicative of the quality of our latest brand, procuring a vast range of audiovisual substances and depicting a unique artistic vision.
Individualism has always been a defining principle of ours for several reasons, but mainly due to the fact that redefining conventional means through distinctive conceptualisation enables us to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Via this new and deliberately defined venture, FRACTURE will deliver a booking experience like no other and an artist management service that oversees the planning, scheduling and acquisition of new opportunities for our artists and their aliases.
TERMS OF SERVICE
1 | Introduction
1A | FRACTURE has been developed in order to provide a unique service for artist management and bookings whilst simultaneously streamlining the bookings process for the artists on our roster. In order for us to deliver these services we have developed the following terms to govern the use and interaction of FRACTURE and any subsequent projects.
2 | Privacy
2B Updates | We will send periodic emails about your FRACTURE account in order to maintain up to date profiles for all users. The majority of the emails you receive will be account updates and automatic reminders, however we may occasionally send you notifications when we add or remove features or update important information.
3 | Bookings
3A Basic Terms |
All bookings must be processed by or through the booking agent, promoters should not contact our artists directly;
Booking requests must be approved, in order to approve a request we require the following information: artist name, type of set (i.e dj set, live set or hybrid set), date/time of booking, length of set, name of event organiser/promoter, venue, location, lineup and any other applicable information;
The artist booking fee has a time limit of 2hrs for DJ performances and 1hr for Live performances, for longer set times please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org;
The booking agent handles all travel and accommodation arrangements. Payments for travel and accommodation also require any visa payments and local taxes to be paid in full. In rare instances where the promoter manages any travel and accommodation arrangements, FRACTURE shall not be held liable for any issues that arise, including but not limited to additional services, rate hikes or unavailability;
A minimum 50% downpayment (non-refundable deposit) plus travel and accommodation is required to place a booking or to reserve a slot in an artist calendar;
Full payment for each booking must be received no later than 28 days before the date of the booking, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled and the artist will not travel;
All booking inquiries must be directed to email@example.com via email or booking form;
Payment is accepted via Credit/Debit card, via PayPal or via IBAN bank transfer only, all payment methods incur a 4.45% transaction fee;
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds;
It is assumed that our full Terms of Service have been accepted at the point of contact.
4 | Service Restrictions and Requirements
4A FRACTURE Web App | Currently, all FRACTURE bookings are handled via our online booking form (or email) and our internal invoicing system, however, in an effort to streamline the booking process and to make our artists and promoters more accessible to each other, we are developing our own custom app dashboard so that promoters can request, update and manage bookings from a single location.
4B App Restrictions |
- You will need to have a registered FRACTURE account in order to create new bookings, manage existing bookings and view artist schedules;
- You will need to have a verified billing address in order to block out time slots using our appointment calendars;
- Abuse of the app or it’s functionality (i.e overbooking time slots or providing incorrect account/billing information) will result in the termination of your account;
